A: No, all of our DVD's are censored.

A: Normally it takes 1 week for US customers and 2 weeks for international customers.

Packaging
Q: Can you do discreet packaging? I don't want others to know I'm ordering from your site.
A: Yes, we do discreet packaging. Nowhere inside or outside of the package does it say anything about Japanese Adult Video or any related terms.
Q: Do you include DVD cases, artwork, cover pictures, or list of title names in the package?
A: No, we don't (see above). All discs come with labels with your order number and title number.
Payment
Q: Can I pay by Palpal? How about money order? How about cash?
A: We accept only credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Sorry.
